We offer 30-day hassle-free return, refund, and exchange on all products purchased directly from ALMA. All product returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and must be sent within 15 days after a refund request is submitted. If you did not receive the item after the tracking is marked "delivered", please contact our support team within 7 calendar days. Only one return or exchange action can be taken per order. The refund will be sent back through the original payment method.
